Sunset Magazine lays out a simple recipe for relaxation — a foot soak with bath salts and essential oils! Put about 8 oz. of coarse sea salt in a bowl. Sprinkle with your favorite essential oil and add 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil. Mix and store in an airtight container. Ready to relax? Simply sprinkle a handful of salts in a foot tub, add hot water, let salts dissolve and Aah!
